Our minimum length of stay is three nights during the autumn, winter and spring except for peak holiday times such as Christmas and New Year, Easter and the Spring Bank Holiday, when we take 7 night bookings. 

Week long bookings during the peak rates are usually from Saturday to Saturday. 

Guests tend to book a three night weekend break or a more economical four night mid-week stay.

The rates are for the whole property, not per person and include central heating, lighting, wifi,  laundry and cleaning costs. 

You are welcome to make use of the private grounds and to explore the woods and fell.

We accept payment by credit and debit card, Bank Transfer or cheque.

Should you wish to reserve dates we can hold them for 48 hours whilst payment is organised.

We welcome up to 3 well behaved dogs. We do not make an extra charge but on the very rare occasion that extra cleaning has been incurred by dog owners we have taken a charge before returning the damages deposit.

A £100.00 deposit is payable by Bank Transfer 48 hours prior to the start of your holiday and returned within 48 hours of departure (provided that there is no dispute). This is primarily to cover any damage or breakages but we do ask that the house be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure and  will deduct any extra cleaning charges from your deposit.
